The base of the duck hotpot is made from the finest bonito stock and mirin.In spring, wild vegetables delivered directly from the Yamagata region are added to the ingredients, and in autumn, very rare and highly prized wild mushrooms are added to the ingredients.This hearty course includes chewy udon noodles made from our own flour from Aomori, and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike with a variety of seasonal flavors.You can add all-you-can-drink for an additional 4,180 yen.
